We have developed technology for the production, assembly of the house set on site, as well as eco technology for the clay plastering and finishing of the house inside and outside. The valuable end product of this technology is the Eco House.
The essence of the technology is that the outer walls, roof and ceilings of the house are made of thatched panels.
The panels are made at the factory according to your project.
The prefabricated house set of the future house: walls, floor, walls, ceiling and roof panels will be delivered to you.
In a few days our experts will assemble your future home as LEGO construction set. Assemble roofing. Then the exterior + windows, doors... Next, the communication and interior finish.

The exterior walls of the house are mounted with straw panels on the supporting timber. The straw panel is 40 cm thick.
Therefore the wall is quite thick and solid after assembly!

You can use a strip foundation, a solid slab foundation, bored piles or screw piles for a straw-panelled house. It all depends on the soils on your plot and the size of the house.
An important advantage is that a lightweight foundation can be used for an eco house!

Can be made from any building material. We can produce eco panel frame partition walls for your house, which are quickly assembled and then covered with wooden boards, plastered with clay mortar, or covered with plasterboard... Internal partition walls can also be masoned.
The walls are very even and do not require subsequent levelling!

Used when building a first floor or a living attic. With us you can order 40cm or 20cm floor plates, which are then covered with wooden boards, cladding or plasterboard.
The result is a quickly erected slab with excellent noise insulation!

We produce wooden roof panels made of pressed straw.
They serve as a ready-made solution for a quick-assembly, insulated roof!

The straw panels are preserved with a clay mortar on the inside and outside. You can then plaster the straw panels with clay plaster, lime plaster or other types of breathable putty. You can also clad the inside of the house with wood, plasterboard, or paint with breathable paints...
This plaster technology is very open to water vapour diffusion, so it optimally regulates the passage of moisture through the enclosure and prevents condensation!!!

Various types of ventilated faсades are used to protect exterior walls. Or special breathable materials are used.
For this reason it is important that mortars, coatings and paints do not contain cement and chemical components so as not to disturb the diffusion properties and are compatible. Lime and clay coatings are very appropriate, as they create a very healthy and pleasant environment in the room, helping to maintain air purity and regulate the humidity of the environment by using materials that are open to the diffusion of steam, hygroscopic and free of VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds)

RELIABILITY AND DURABILITY

The high degree of quality pressed straw in the wooden frame of a SOLODIM panel will not give shrinkage over time.
The density of hydraulically pressed straw in the panel frame under pressure of 150kg/m3 eliminates shrinkage of the straw over time!
All house kits are already cut according to the design of the house, each panel consists of 4 heavy-duty 50x100 mm timbers and lintels inside the structure. The timber used in the frame construction is dry timber, which is precision-machined on four sides to make it perfectly flat. As a result, when the house is assembled, this ensures that the panels fit together perfectly millimetre to millimetre.
